When approaching Villa Mandala don't be put off as you drive through the site of the local market and the chaos it leaves behind, and don't panic as you bump over the dry river bed and wonder if you have come to the right place. The area immediately surrounding Villa Mandala is not a tropical paradise but the sea views are beautiful and great beaches are in walking distance. It is a distinctly North African beachside location that is susceptible to the constant natural and man made changes that rapidly occur in the developing world. Our newly created Garden room is the ideal place for a calm, inspiring and restorative holiday at Mandala. It's big open windows make it light and airy. The organically decorated bathroom has an open, walk-in shower with pebble flooring from the beach and with the bougainvillea blossoming up to the window from the garden below, it's one of our favourite rooms in the house.

This master bedroom is the largest of Mandala's rooms and is truly a masterpiece lined with a Moroccan style salon - it looks out onto beautiful Banana beach, Banana point and the lefts of Onze and Douze. The Red Room can comfortably be made into a triple.

Tickled in dappled sunlight and central to the villa, look out over the pool and infinite Atlantic Ocean. The Emerald Room, with en suite has a wholesome and earthy feel. Come away from a beautiful holiday feeling recharged and grounded.

Sitting and dining room
Flooded with light all day long, decorated in berber and colonial style and adorned with a ceiling of stars, Mandala's spacious and inspiring sitting and dining areas look out onto Banana beach. It's the ideal place to read and relax after a long day in the sun and surf or spend time with new friends.
By night, lit with candles and ornate lanterns the sitting area is a magical backdrop to mellow evenings accompanied by exquisite food and great company.
Yoga Shala
The Yoga Shala, poised high on the roof top of the villa, is immersed in fantastic views. Banana Beach, Banana Point and the infinite Atlantic Ocean lie directly in front. Behind bougainvillea flowers, banana groves and the terracotta foothills of the Atlas mountains stretch into the distance.
The shala's magnificent wooden pillars, wooden floorboards throughout and surrounding glass sliding doors allow it to be enjoyed both as an impressive indoor studio or an open airy space for an inspiring, tranquil and unforgettable yoga practice.
